Jordan Hall, Ingleby Barwick

I am supporting Louise and Labour because they care about my generation.

Along with many of my friends, finding work after graduating from university has been difficult. Lots of us have had to settle for part time jobs. This government has ignored the concerns of young people, tripling tuition fees and cutting support like the Education Maintenance Allowance.

Labour have listened to us and offer hope that we can succeed. Their plan includes more high quality apprenticeships, a job guarantee for unemployed young people, and making university more affordable. They will also be producing a youth manifesto based on the Shape Your Future consultation which shows they really value our opinions.

In contrast the Conservatives' latest policy on jobs for young people is unpaid community work in return for Jobseeker's Allowance, making the assumption we're all lazy and workshy.

To me the choice is clear.

I look forward to casting my first general election vote for Louise and Labour in May.
