Another application for 550 houses at Little Maltby Farm on the outskirts of Ingleby Barwick has been submitted. Yes, another one!

After a hard fought campaign by residents, Stockton Council and the Secretary of State have already rejected a previous, almost identical application for 550 homes on this site.

Louise said:

"This is the third time these developers have tried to seek permission for these houses, we have fought them off twice, lets keep up the pressure to ensure they don't make it third time lucky."

You can submit an objection to the application using this simple form created by the Ingleby Barwick Facebook Group.

Louise has already objected in the traditional way using the planning portal but this effective form is an easy way for those who are less familiar with the process.
